.22 Rim Fire Match

Monthly .22 Rim Fire Match
Middletown Sportsman’s Club will now be hosting a monthly 22 LR competition. The match will have 4 stages of fire, that will vary from match to match. Shooters can expect to shoot a benchrest/paper stage at 50 yards, and a mix of bipod and positional/PRS type stages from 50-200 yards. Each match will be around 60-75 rounds, but bring at least 100 rounds.
The first match will be held on Saturday, June 19th. The gates open at 8am, and the match will begin at 9am, and should be over around 12:00.
The cost is $10 per match, and you don’t have to be a member to compete. If you aren’t a member and would like to stay and shoot after the match, additional charges will apply.
This will be a fun and challenging match, with several disciplines rolled into one match. Any type of 22 LR rifle is permitted, but 22 LR only. Scoped rifles are strongly encouraged, as well as magazine fed rifles. Each stage will be timed, and the time will vary depending on the stage.
