Frequently Asked Questions

What is a basic membership?
A basic membership is a family style membership. It includes all immediate family members up to age 18 and provides access to the all of the clay target venues as well as the rifle and pistol ranges, archery and cowboy shooting venues. See the membership page for cost information.

What is a guest membership?
A guest membership allows you to bring in 1 guests that are not immediate family members. You may take those guests to use the rifle, pistol, archery or cowboy shooting venues. The guest membership is in addition to the basic membership. See the membership page for cost information.

What is a lake membership?
The lake membership will provide access to the lake for fishing. The lake is stocked throughout the year with various species of game fish. The lake membership is in addition to the basic membership. See the membership page for cost information.

How do I apply for a membership ?
Stop by the club house during normal business hours and fill out a application or you can download a copy of the application on the membership page and bring it in when you stop by.

Does it cost less if I sign up for a membership mid year?
Membership costs are not prorated based on when you sign up for a membership. That means that the cost of a membership will be the same if you sign up in January or April. See the membership page for cost information.

Can I sign up for a basic membership then ad the guest or lake membership later?
Absolutely. You may add any of the additional memberships at anytime through out the year. However, there is no price break for adding those memberships later in the year.

Do I have to be a member to shoot trap/skeet/sporting clays ?
You do not have to be a member to shoot trap, skeet, sporting clays or 5 stand. However, membership does have its advantages. As a member the cost to shoot some of these games is less than that of a non-member

Does the club accept credit cards?
Currently the only form of payment accepted at the club is cash or check, unfortunately we do not accept credit cards as a form of payment

What is the largest shot size allowed?
7 1/2 shot is the largest shot permissible to fire on the club grounds

Are there any limitations to the types of weapons/ammo that can be used at the rifle range?
Currently the use of fully automatic weapons and cannons are prohibited on the rifle range. Also no incendiary or tracer ammunition should be used on the rifle or pistol range.

What are the hours of operation?
The club grounds are open from 10:00am to 9:00pm or dark whichever comes first, Tuesday through Sunday. The club is closed Thanksgiving, the day before Christmas and Christmas Day.

Your suggestions and feedback are always welcome and should be directed to the webmaster via e-mail.
