Members, Please Read

I hope that all of you are safe and in good health. These are not easy times that we live in today. As you know the club has reopened on a limited basis with added guidelines and restrictions.

We are monitoring all activities as we progress. These and all decisions by the Board are made with the well-being of the entire club and the safety of its employees and members. With your patience, understanding, and cooperation we can look to expand our open time and ease some restrictions.

With the extension of the stay at home order until July 1st, there will not be a June membership meeting. However there will be a Board of Trustees meeting at 7:00 p.m.

We understand that you may have questions, concerns, and suggestions with how the club is operating at this time.

If you would like to speak to a board member please call the club, leave your name and phone number and either Vice President Jerry Nickell or myself will return a call to you.

If you would like to address the Board next Tuesday in person please also call the club with your request, leave your phone number and I will return your call and place you on the agenda. Your time may be limited based on the number of members requesting. We much prefer that you contact us with your questions to minimize the rumors and erroneous information circulating.

Again, we appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation.

Respectively,
Steve Ponscheck, President
